Daniella Elyashar, Director of IsraelNow Chicago

Daniella is excited to bring her passion and energy to the IsraelNow team! She has spent years working with children, teens, and young adults in experiential education settings across both Israel and the US, always striving to create spaces where people feel seen, supported, and inspired. Born in the UK and raised in Israel, Daniella made Chicago her home in 2021.  She holds a BA in Education from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Leadership Certificate from the Spertus Institute in Chicago.

When she’s not working with teens, you can usually find Daniella in the kitchen cooking up something delicious, reading a good thriller book, or at a Pilates session.

Favorite stop on the itinerary- eating our way through the Carmel Market in Tel Aviv!

Something you will always find in Daniella’s Suitcase- Cat hairs on her clothes from her orange cat
