The 2026 program cost this year is approximately $7,250 per participant.  Thanks to the generosity of Jewish Federation of Greater Rochester and our partners and supporters we are able to offer a significantly reduced rate. The cost to families is $1,800 per participant.

• Students between the ages of 14-25 are eligible for a one-time Gift of Israel grant of $540 from The Jewish Federation of Greater Rochester.
• The Federation additionally provides needs-based scholarships.

In addition to Federation opportunities, please be in touch with your affiliated synagogue to inquire about additional subsidies they may have.

Charges will be made based on the following payment schedule, unless other arrangements have been made directly with .

IsraelNow Rochester collects a $300 nonrefundable deposit at the time of registration.

The balance of the payment ($1,500) is due by:

September 20, 2025 – $750

October 20, 2025 – Remaining Balance of $750

The IsraelNow Rochester trip cancellation timeline is as follows:  

Parents may use our school letter to help explain the IsraelNow program and educational experience to share with schools and teachers.
